Channeling frustration toward the unvaccinated, Biden announces a slew of new rules to combat the Delta variant

The plan mandates vaccines for federal employees, doubles TSA fines for not wearing masks, and more. "Many of us are frustrated with the nearly 80 million Americans who are still not vaccinated," Biden said at the beginning of his speech. "Get vaccinated," Biden whispered into his microphone as he ended his speech. Though some research suggests the Delta variant can partially evade vaccine-induced antibodies, that's not enough to render the vaccines useless.
