Job description

The project aims to investigate the relation between residential choice and car ownership and in particular owning and using of light electric vehicles. To that end, a stated choice experiment will be designed where the choice of house together with the willingness to change the ownership and use of vehicles will be investigated. Discrete choice models will be applied to understand the causal effects and various scenario analysis will be performed.

Job requirements

Motivated researcher, with deep knowledge of stated choice experiment and discrete choice models.

Ability to conduct high quality academic research, reflected in demonstratable outputs.

A team player who enjoys coaching PhD and Master's students and working in a dynamic, interdisciplinary team.

A proven ability to manage complex projects to completion on schedule.

Excellent (written and verbal) proficiency in English, good communication and leadership skills.

Conditions of employment

0,5 fte employment for two years.

Salary in accordance with the Collective Labour Agreement for Dutch Universities, scale 10 (min. €3,877 max. €5,090).
