sustainable geomaterials, and advanced in-situ and remote geotechnical site
characterization.
Environmental Engineering (CEE-02): Expertise in environmental engineering,
with preferred areas including wastewater treatment and reuse, nutrient and
resource recovery, environmental biotechnology, and water quality monitoring
and modeling using sensors, digital twins, and AI/ML for process optimization.
Broader expertise in environmental systems, emerging contaminants,
sustainability, and climate-resilient water infrastructure is also encouraged.
Infrastructure and Community Resilience (CEE-03): Expertise in civil
engineering with preferred areas of expertise including infrastructure
resilience, sustainable development, sustainable water management, disaster
risk reduction, and resilient urban and coastal systems under changing
environmental conditions. Applicants with expertise in related areas such as
transportation systems, structural engineering, water resources engineering,
environmental systems, and emerging smart city and data-driven infrastructure
technologies are strongly encouraged to apply.
Applicants must clearly indicate in their application the specific position
