The Greehey School of Business at St. Mary's University invites applications for the Greehey Chair in Business Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility, an endowed professorship beginning August 1, 2027.

The Greehey Chair is charged with advancing St. Mary's as a national leader in ethics-driven business education, research, and practice. The successful candidate will provide intellectual and strategic leadership to elevate the visibility, impact, and integration of business ethics and corporate social responsibility across academic programs, scholarly initiatives, and external partnerships.

This is a unique opportunity for a distinguished scholar to shape the direction of ethics education and scholarship, build influential programs, and position the Greehey School as a recognized hub for thought leadership and engagement in responsible business.

The Greehey Chair will play a central role in advancing the School's strategic vision in ethics and responsible leadership, including:

The Greehey Chair is supported by a dedicated endowment that providesresources to advance the Chair's scholarly, teaching, and outreach mission. These funds are intended to support innovative research initiatives, conference development, community and industry partnerships, and student-focused programming. The position also offers a competitive salary, professional development funding, and a reduced course load, enabling the Chair to sustain a high-impact research agenda while building signature programs that enhance the School's national visibility and influence in business ethics and corporate social responsibility.
