The University of Adelaide is seeking a dynamic individual with expertise in the fields of cancer biology and cancer-on-a-chip. This is a fantastic opportunity for an early-career researcher to enter an academic career pathway in the dynamic Biomaterials Laboratory, headed by Prof. Chun-Xia Zhao. Our new, state-of-the-art laboratory will enable high quality research to be conducted to meet the next generation of challenges, like the development of novel cancer nanomedicines.
The primary purpose of the position is to develop cancer-on-chip and cancer- on-chip models to be used for drug screening and immune-phenotyping, as part of an NHMRC Leadership Fellow project. We are looking for an ambitious and creative cancer researcher with a strong drive and motivation to address current challenges in the interdisciplinary research field of organs-on-chip.
