(HEO5) $77,409 - $86,072 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.

Full time, fixed term contract until December 2025.

Working in the Future Students Branch, the Future Student Communications Officer will be responsible for the execution and delivery of communications to prospective students.

In this role, you will ensure that prospective domestic and international students, in addition to their respective influencer audiences, receive tailored, relevant communications to support conversion objectives. The role will be responsible for email optimisation and testing, supporting automated marketing communications campaigns and reporting on campaign outcomes.

To be successful you will need:

  • Experience in the execution of communications specific to different audiences using appropriate channels.
  • Experience in using marketing automation software, with Oracle Eloqua specifically an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to utilise customer data to deliver tailored and optimised communications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including effective communication of ideas, plans and best practices, to broad stakeholder groups.
  • Sound analytical skills, and the ability to report on operational performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve a specific outcome.
  • Demonstrated ability to promote the organisational values of integrity, respect, collegiality, excellence and discovery, and a commitment to positively comply with the associated behaviour expectations.
