This position is based at the Institute of Neuroscience and Physiology, which has longstanding expertise in investigating molecular mechanisms underlying brain injury during the perinatal period. As part of a collaborative project with King's College London, we are seeking a highly motivated individual to help advance our understanding of neurodevelopment in preterm infants, particularly those with complications.
This exciting opportunity allows you to contribute to groundbreaking research exploring the neurobiological signatures of developmental challenges in preterm populations. The successful candidate will work within a multidisciplinary team, using cutting-edge techniques such as spatial transcriptomics to study the impact of preterm birth complications on brain injuries, brain development, and function.
