HEO6 ($86,360 - $93,285) salary per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.

Fixed term position until 31/12/2025.

The Admissions Officer is responsible for the assessment of admission and scholarship applications for postgraduate research programs including the communication of relevant decisions and associated requirements to applicants as well as internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities also include contribution to development and review of policies, rules and processes as well as the efficiency of the University's postgraduate research application system(s) and associated databases.

  • Demonstrated high level organisational and administrative skills, including the ability to prioritise and manage work.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply relevant policies and procedures.
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to manage and complete diverse tasks within a pressured environment.
  • Proven interpersonal and negotiating skills to work constructively as part of a team and build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
