About the RoleReporting to the Youth Programming Manager, the Youth Programming Coordinator supports all aspects of youth programming initiatives at Mount Royal University (MRU). This includes planning and monitoring program registration, budget, marketing and promotions, scheduling, risk mitigation, program evaluation and reporting, curriculum development, and supervising seasonal staff. New camp and program development, including formal and informal needs assessment, is also required. The Youth Programming Coordinator must have flexible hours for the months of July and August (the hours of work are between 7:00am – 6:00pm).
This is a full-time on-campus, in-person position requiring a police information check with vulnerable sector search and Standard First Aid with CPR Level C.

Salary: $60,571 - $76,640 per annum (Subject to retroactive increase based on Gain Sharing Conditions as per the Government of Alberta)
