Position Information
The Youth & Outreach Minister provides leadership for Riverside Christian Church's student ministry (grades 6–12) while helping the church expand its outreach and engagement within the local community. This full-time position is responsible for discipling students, equipping volunteers, partnering with parents, planning and leading youth programming, and developing outreach opportunities that connect people to Christ and the mission of the church. Application Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (preferably from a Christian college or university) aligned with Restoration Movement Independent Christian Churches, with emphasis in Theology, Pastoral Ministry, or Youth Ministry.
Experience: Experience leading effective youth ministry and community outreach efforts.
Discipleship: Strong ability to guide seekers to become baptized disciples of Jesus and navigate new disciples toward spiritual maturity
