About the Role The Workplace Integrity team takes a university-wide approach to address all forms of complaints regarding staff behaviour and conduct. The team effectively leverages subject matter expertise within and beyond the University to deliver tailored, effective, and efficient outcomes for each case.
This is an exciting time to join our Workplace Integrity team, supporting the Workplace Integrity Director in conducting internal investigations into employee behaviour that may breach University policies on employment, appropriate behaviour, and conduct.

Who we are looking for We're seeking an experienced, calm and empathetic workplace investigator with a background in law, industrial relations, or human resources. You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interpret complex information clearly. Your capacity to exercise sound judgment under pressure, navigate challenging situations, and maintain impartiality and integrity will be essential for success in this role.

This role requires the successful candidate to undergo and maintain an up-to- date Working with Children Check. This is essential to guarantee a secure environment for all individuals at the University. In the case the selected candidate doesn't have a valid Working with Children Check, they will be able to apply for the WWCC as part of the initial onboarding procedures.
