About the RoleWIL Initiatives Coordinator is integral to supporting the growth and sustainability of Career Services, with a focus on work-integrated learning initiatives and projects.
The incumbent will support the business unit objectives by being responsible for the development, planning, implementation and on-going delivery of a comprehensive portfolio of WIL programs for students and graduates. This involves being highly collaborative and adept at building, nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with the MRU campus community, alumni, and external partners.
This role is passionate about student success and engages directly with students throughout their mentorship experiences from recruitment into the program, to coaching, advising, and supporting students throughout their mentorship and WIL experiences and beyond to career-ready transition.
The coordinator will work with the Specialist, Growth and Innovation to develop engagement goals and measures of success, while maintaining reporting systems to ensure the expectations of stakeholders are achieved.
This is a full-time Limited Term position, ending on June 30, 2026.
