About You The WIL Agreements Senior Officer will be responsible for processing WIL agreements and contracts, due diligence of industry partners and ensuring accuracy and open communication between the College and WIL partners. The role will liaise with partners, manage meetings and briefs, and send follow-up communications to internal and external stakeholders.
The WIL Agreements Senior Officer will assist other teams during peak periods. This role may be required occasionally to work non-standard hours and leave restrictions may apply during peak periods
To be successful in this position, you will have:
Demonstrated analytical and conceptual skills, including an ability to work independently, think creatively and exercise judgment to make decisions in a dynamic environment and to drive business efficiencies.
Proven ability to organise and prioritise tasks, work to a deadline and demonstrate flexibility.
Demonstrated commitment to quality service delivery and sensitivity regarding confidentiality.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, use initiative and meet deadlines in a demanding high-volume environment with excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
Proven proficiency in computer software packages with effectiveness, accuracy and attention to detail and an ability to learn new skills.
