In line with the University's Town House Strategy, we are about to undertake the redesign and development of an ambitious and innovative new website.
The postholder will report directly to the Head of Web Transformation. As a Website Project Support Lead, you will focus on supporting the project team in the delivery of a product that enhances the user experience, optimizes the University's digital presence, aligns with brand identity and delivers on project goals.
The PersonYou will have extensive experience of managing a full spectrum of website project-related tasks, including, but not limited to, capturing requirements, wireframing, liaising with developers to manage backlog, raising tickets and testing new functionality.
You will have proven experience of managing agencies including writing briefs, overseeing work, testing and providing feedback.
You will have expert knowledge of user-centric product development, agile ways of working and will thrive in a fast-paced, close-knit, collaborative project delivery environment. You will be a team player, experienced at liaising with and supporting the multi-functional teams with a variety of scheduled and ad- hoc project tasks.

Recruitment and Admissions at Kingston University forms a large department within the Student Directorate encompassing recruitment and admissions across home, EU and overseas students.
It provides a strategic, operational and advisory service for the University on all aspects of recruitment and admissions. This includes course marketing, student recruitment, student admissions, website management and development, design & print, copywriting, editing as well as international development, visa and immigration advice, events and graduation services.
Further informationThis is a full-time, fixed-term contract for 24 months, with a starting salary of £43,187, along with other benefits including 35 days annual leave.
