The Department of Computing Sciences at the University of Hartford invites qualified applicants for a one-year Visiting Assistant Professor beginning in August 2023. While all disciplines within computer science will be considered, preferred areas of specialization are cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and systems. The teaching load is 4-4.
Required Qualifications
Preferred applicants should hold or expect to receive a Ph.D. in computer science or a closely related discipline by August 2023; ABD candidates will also be considered. Appropriate proficiency in oral and written English is required.
Candidates must have a strong, demonstrated commitment to teaching undergraduates and willingness to teach at all levels of the undergraduate computer science curriculum.
