In this role, you'll provide comprehensive support to the VET leadership team, aligning activities with compliance standards, policies, and procedures while delivering exceptional service to staff and students. Your key responsibilities include managing travel and diary commitments for the Deputy Dean VET, coordinating HR activities, organisation of VET timetabling requirements and providing professional secretarial duties for committees. With your proactive approach, attention to detail, and strong communication skills, you'll effectively manage multiple tasks and liaise with stakeholders.
