With Smarter Working you can work with increased flexibility, if you would like to, which can facilitate greater freedom and autonomy.

    About you

This is a diverse and busy post, giving the opportunity to provide a high quality recruitment offer to external and internal clients, whilst benefiting students by understanding and meeting their temporary and/or permanent employment needs.

You will have recent experience in recruitment or a customer sales/ service environment with a business development aspect. Alongside this you will have experience of managing successful client/ candidate relationships, and some line management experience.
