| Job Summary |
Position Overview: The Undergraduate Research Assistant position in an NSF funded project. We are seeking a motivated undergraduate student to assist in the development of an interactive simulation tool designed to enhance the learning experience in optics and optoelectronics. This NSF-funded project integrates advanced computational modeling with evidence-based teaching strategies to improve student engagement and understanding in STEM education.Responsibilities:

| Minimum Qualifications | 1. Current full-time Troy University undergraduate student.2. Must be available for 13 hours per week throughout the semester.3. Motivated to learn and work individually and in team environment.4. Basic knowledge in optics, semiconductor devices and electronics. |
