Lancaster Medical School is seeking to appoint a part time experienced administrator as Undergraduate Coordinator to join the professional service team for undergraduate medical student support.

We are looking for a committed and professional individual to work as part of a team to provide professional support to the Medical School Student Support service, including, administration of systems and processes alongside advertising and internal marketing of the service and first point of contact for students.

As Undergraduate Coordinator you will have a focus on customer service and work, under the supervision of the Student Support Advisors to provide an excellent standard of service to undergraduate medical students during their studies. You will need to work well as part of the aforementioned team and also independently, in managing day-to-day activities. Excellent administrative skills including strong IT skills, good time management and strong interpersonal and listening skills, are essential in this role, to ensure the high level of service required. A significant aspect of the role will involve working collaboratively across LMS and its partners with academic, clinical and professional colleagues, so excellent communication skills are essential.
