Are you ready to play a key role in student recruitment at the University of Brighton? We're seeking an experienced and ambitious Student Recruitment Manager to develop and oversee delivery of our UK student recruitment plans. We are looking for a student recruitment specialist to oversee engagement with tens of thousands of prospective students annually and develop strong relationships with schools and colleges across the UK to generate interest in the University.

About the role:

Strategic Leadership : Lead implementation and evaluation of UK student recruitment plans and regional strategies. Identify opportunities for growth and ensure recruitment activity supports meeting our targets.

Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strategic relationships with UK schools and colleges.

Recruitment Operations : Oversee lead generation activity through recruitment exhibitions and college networks.

Academic Engagement : Advise on opportunities and priorities for academic- led engagement.

Team Leadership : Lead a team of recruitment officers, ensuring activities are student-centred and subject to evidence-based evaluation. Oversee our student ambassador sub-team, ensuring current student engagement in all recruitment, outreach, and marketing activities.

    Reporting to the Head of UK Student Recruitment Operations, this is a permanent, full-time post (37 hours per week). Job-sharers are welcome to apply.

    The University operates an agile working policy allowing a split between office (Moulsecoomb campus) and home. Some weekend and evening work is required.
