Aston University's International Development team is seeking a Turing Mobility Coordinator to actively contribute to the University's global mobility strategies. In this role, you will manage all aspects of Aston's Turing Scheme funding, ensuring compliance with its rules and regulations, including overseeing applications, record-keeping, distribution of grants, reporting, and auditing.
As a liaison between key stakeholders, including Academic Colleges, Careers+Placements, and students, you will foster demand for Turing international opportunities through effective communication and collaboration. This involves regular meetings and relationship cultivation.
Your responsibilities extend to creating and executing marketing campaigns to elevate Turing Scheme awareness. Additionally, you will actively participate in broader initiatives related to internationalisation within the University.
Daily administration of the Turing Scheme, collaboration with relevant departments, and representation of the University at conferences and webinars are integral to this position. Collaboration with the Purchase Ledger and Finance Office to manage grant payments effectively is crucial. Utilizing software tools, such as Moveon and the Turing Live Reporting Tool, you will maintain accurate records.
Reporting to the International Relations Manager, this role provides an opportunity to work within a supportive and collaborative environment.
