Position Summary

Office Assistant to the TRiO Student Success Program.

Essential Functions

Clerical duties and tasks may include

processing documents,.

Mail services.

Answering phones.

Filing.

Disseminating program information.

Greeting participants.

Assisting with various data entry.

Record management tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to converse clearly on the phone.

Work in a team-driven environment.

Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures.

Employee shall adhere to all applicable rules and regulations of the University, the Conference, and the NCAA.

Required Education

Must be enrolled full-time non-Education major/minor student at UIW. Must have an above-average GPA.

Required Work Experience

Must have some experience working with other students Must be able to work a minimum of 10 hours a week

Must be available to work a minimum of 10 hours per week during the hours of 8:00am -5:00pm, Monday-Friday.
