Duties:100Under the guidance of the Travel Manager: • Work under general direction supporting the Travel Customer Service Office (TCSO) team by performing routine office/clerical tasks and duties as assigned/directed. • Work flexible hours between 8 AM and 5 PM normal business hours. • Provide professional customer service, using courtesy and tact with the TCSO customers, in-person and over the phone. • Duties and tasks include but are not limited to: preparing and distributing mail, answering the phone, photocopying, filing, data entry, faxing, compiling paperwork, assisting the TCSO team with projects as directed.Essential

Sufficient experience to perform the responsibilities of the position and to have acquired the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities.
Required Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Applicant should be enrolled as a UA student in a minimum of 6 credits with a minimum GPA of 2.0, or a newly enrolled student in the current semester of employment; or have been enrolled in the preceding semester for 6 or more credit hours and demonstrate plans to enroll for 6 or more credit hours in the next semester for employment between semesters.
Salary Information:
This is a part-time temporary student position, starting pay is $16.50.
Additional hours may be available during winter/summer breaks.
