Northwest Campus is looking for tutors to help students with various subjects throughout the academic year.
Duties:Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Knowledge of office practices and procedures; excellent writing, spelling, punctuation, and grammar for correspondence and reports. Excellent customer service and client support skills. Ability to work independently; attention to detail; determine priorities; meet multiple deadlines and have basic fiscal skills. Previous experience working with the public. Must adhere to FERPA regulations and confidentiality procedures. Must have strong communication skills, review requests and take appropriate action as it relates to the request. Ability to have a flexible schedule.
Candidate must have demonstrated proficiency with MS products (Excel, MS Word) and various e-mail clients, ability to use computer scheduling programs, websites/Internet Explorer and ability to send and download electronic documents through the Internet.
Preferred Experience & Education:
One year college coursework in related field and one year relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Salary Information:
This is a part-time, 11-month, temporary staff position. New hires will be placed on the UA temporary salary schedule, Grade 76, based on education and experience.
