Position Details

The Facilities Department is currently seeking Temporary Event Support Assistants to help with Commencement setup activities.

The activities are scheduled during the weekend of May 27 & May 28, 2023. The work will begin at about 8AM on May 27 and 5AM on May 28 and may consist of up to twelve hours per day.

Responsibilities include:

This is an on-campus, non-benefit eligible, position. Event t-shirts and baseball caps will be provided.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday hours. Must wear appropriate attire including wearing sturdy shoes or sneakers.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience with event setup.
