    Duties:

    100These duties will vary based on position: Work closely with academic programs, departments, and colleges/schools on program and course proposals. Provide guidance and support on the curriculum review process. Provide resources for curriculum development. Help programs set goals and a timeline for completion of the curriculum proposal. Collaborate with and bring in other faculty and staff as needed during the program development process. Prepare, edit, review, and proofread CourseLeaf proposals. Check for completion and accuracy of submissions and provide feedback on proposals. Look for ways to streamline the curriculum process so that academic programs can make changes to their programs and courses in a timeline and efficient manner. Keep up-to- date on academic and curriculum processes, policies, and best practices. Track program and course proposal requests in the workflow from initiation to completion.Essential

    Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Knowledge/Skills/Abilities are dependent upon the position being recruited for. All positions require at least a High School diploma or equivalent. All positions require that candidates possess the following skills: Ability to exhibit a high degree of professionalism. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Ability to comfortably speak to a variety of audiences. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to prioritize and use good judgment.     2 years office/administrative experience

    Required Experience & Education:

    Education, training, licensing and/or certification is dependent upon the position. All positions require at least a High School diploma or equivalent. Additionally, the candidate must possess the appropriate training and/or education required for the position.

    Salary Information:

    New hires will be placed on the temporary UA staff salary schedule, based on education and experience.
