Position Summary The Technology Support Specialist role is to plan, design, develop, and launch efficient information systems and operations systems in support of core the School of Public Health and Health Professions (SPHHP) organizational functions. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve systems issues to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments. Another role is to ensure the stable operation of the in-house computer software systems and network connections. The role serves as a customer-focused operational hub, connecting constituents with the resources and services needed to support the school’s technical needs.

The successful candidate will be solution-focused, service-oriented, highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities while delivering responsive and effective support in a dynamic academic environment.
