The Role

Technical Supervisor is responsible for the maintenance activities including preventive and corrective maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumping and Fire protection system on the SGS campus to ensure all buildings systems are compliance with regulation, sustainability and efficiency.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Industry, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field preferred.

  • Proven experience in an operational leadership role, preferably within the same education culture RMIT campus.

  • Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving common goals.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and technical skills

  • Knowledge of total quality management and facilities data analyze
