Technical Officer in the Department of Paediatrics and Adolescent Medicine, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 530722) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefit scheme, totaling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences or equivalent, with relevant experience in molecular biology including DNA and RNA extraction, PCR, sequencing. The appointee will be responsible for developing and performing genetic diagnosis and genotyping technology for research, clinical sample handling, database management and other duties as assigned.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
