This post will play a key role in supporting academic staff by carrying out essential routine tasks in the Communication Systems laboratory in the ORC.

For this post, it will be desirable to have essential experience of working in a laboratory environment and relevant knowledge of preparing experimental configurations that are useful in a research project. Please see Job specification for further details.

You should also be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of the Health and Safety regulations that govern safe working in a laboratory environment, have a basic knowledge of recycling and sustainability and be prepared to show initiative to achieve our goals.
