    About the Role

    Reporting to the Manager: Student Recruitment, Admissions and Support, you will be responsible for supervising a team of dedicated Student Advisers and the day-to-day activities of the online student support team. You will ensure the provision of timely and high-quality customer service, and accurate advice to students with respect to administration and progression policy and procedure.

    Essential Skills and Experience

  • Three years' supervisory experience in a high-volume service delivery environment, with a focus on achieving service level and client service management targets
  • High levels of emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal relationship building skills to enable effective and insightful engagement with a diverse range of people
  • Experience in guiding, coaching and developing others in a service delivery environment including quality call monitoring, training facilitation, rostering and general team operation and administration
  • Demonstrated advanced working knowledge of web-based CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce, Dynamics, Oracle) as well as broad ranging administrative skills including proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Well-developed data analysis and problem-solving skills, including the ability to provide advice and recommendations to senior stakeholders
