The Role
Continuing, Full Time
Level 7 - $95,414 to $104,255 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Wagga Wagga
As the Team Leader, Enrolments, you will coordinate the activities for the
University at a specific stage of the student lifecycle to ensure timely and
effective client focussed service delivery and promotion of a culture of
continuous improvement and innovative solutions.
More specifically this role will be responsible for a range of processes and
activities relating to the management and administration of Enrolments and
Progression in accordance with the timelines across the student lifecycle.
To be successful you will have:
Ability to effectively manage a team with demonstrated people management
and team building skills.
Superior communication skills and capability to foster professional
relationships.
Demonstrated ability to evaluate operation procedure, policies and systems
and make recommendations for improvement.
Demonstrated attention to detail with ability to analyse and interpret
policy, maintain data integrity, resolve problems for clients and assess
performance.

services extend from the student's first enrolment all the way through to

mission is to ease the administrative burden for students and staff. Student
Administration incorporates the following units: Enrolment, International
Enrolments and Partners, Timetable and Completion, Examinations and Results
and Systems.
