You are a highly motivated people leader with exceptional relationship building skills and a keen eye for detail. You are passionate about applying technical skills to resolve complex enquiries and supporting staff to meet their professional goals.
About the Role
Reporting to the Manager Corporate Information Systems, you will be responsible for the leadership and day-to-day supervision of a team of information technologists that develop and support the Corporate Information Systems environment. You will use technical expertise to resolve complex IT problems and guide staff through implementing new technical enhancements.
About UniSA Information Strategy and Technology Services
Information Strategy and Technology Services (ISTS), which has the primary strategic and operational responsibility for the provision of the UniSA's considerable IT infrastructure and services has approximately 150 staff in 8 key areas.
ISTS is customer focussed and operated a service management framework based on AS8018 and provides seamless 24 x 7 x 52 service to students and staff. Information Strategy and Technology Services has a commitment to staff development and provides a professional environment in which to work.
The Corporate Information Systems team manage, develop and support this environment ensuring robust, responsive and high availability of corporate applications Information Strategy and Technology Services has a commitment to staff development and provides a professional environment in which to work.
