  • About the Role

    As the Team Leader: Academic Services you will be responsible for managing the full range of academic administrative activities and processes that support the research, development and delivery of the programs and courses within UniSA STEM.

    You will be a key reference point for academic administration, acting as a conduit between UniSA STEM and the central units. You will be responsible for ensuring the correct and consistent interpretation and application of the University's academic administration policies and procedures within the Academic Unit.

    Essential Skills and Experience

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline, or demonstrated equivalent skills, knowledge, and experience
  • Strong transformational leadership capabilities, demonstrated by experience in leading and managing a team in a complex service environment, and driving its performance and positive contribution to workplace culture
  • High level verbal and interpersonal and problem solving skills including experience in liaising with people at all levels both internal and external to an organisation to provide advice and recommendations to senior staff
  • A willingness to embrace new initiatives and adapt in times of change
