About the Role This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of academic programs within the Faculty of Arts.
The Team Leader, Academic Programs will join a well established Curriculum Delivery Support Team within the Academic Support Office (ASO), providing crucial support in the successful operation and organisation of the ASO's activities with a primary focus on the School of Historical and Philosophical Studies.
The Team Leader will play a vital role in the provision of high quality curriculum delivery support to staff, including leading process improvement activities, providing expert advice to staff and fostering a cohesive and collaborative work culture across the broader ASO.
The incumbent will develop and build effective working relationships with University Services, senior academics and key stakeholders and provide leadership and support to a Teaching and Learning Officer.

You will have highly developed interpersonal skills and strategies for dealing with a diverse range of stakeholders with different needs in a dynamic and complex environment.
This is an excellent opportunity to join the Academic Support Office (ASO) within the Faculty of Arts, presenting a unique opportunity to actively contribute to the development, delivery, and quality assurance of teaching and learning activities across various academic programs.

This role requires that the successful candidate must undergo and maintain an up-to-date Working with Children Check.
