We are open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
Are you committed to outstanding service delivery? Do you know how to go the extra mile for customers? Do you have a passion for rare books, archival material and the visual arts? Can you make a positive contribution to our team?
The University of Leeds is one of the top 75 universities in the world. We have a truly global community, with more than 39,000 students from 170 different countries and over 9,000 staff of 100 different nationalities. Established in 1904, we have a strong tradition of academic excellence, reflected in first-class student education, along with world-leading research that has a real impact around the globe.
We're the first point of contact for people visiting the Special Collections Research Centre and Galleries, and we make sure our spaces are welcoming and attractive places to visit.
We're looking for someone committed to excellent customer service. You will need a flexible approach as you will need to work across both Galleries and the Special Collections research centre. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, able to provide a positive response to customer queries. You will also carry out back-room administrative tasks.
We need to be flexible and responsive to changing demands on our time and developments in our services to meet customer expectations.
