  • Detailed knowledge and understanding of software development standards and practices
  • Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills – with the ability to apply your technical expertise to analyse, design and develop appropriate solutions and resolve complex business problems/issues
  • Demonstrated ability to manage medium size ICT projects, emphasising task management, organisation and team collaboration skills
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills with proven ability to facilitate and manage key user groups.
  • Strong time management, problem-solving, and analytical abilities to deliver results in a dynamic environment.
