  • About the Role Are you passionate about education and ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes? Join us as a Teaching and Learning Officer and play a key role in supporting Vocational Education and Training (VET) at our university!

    In this diverse and dynamic role, you'll be at the heart of our teaching and learning support, working closely with various university departments to ensure seamless communication and compliance with university and regulatory processes. You'll help streamline operations, facilitate the flow of quality information, and contribute to the overall success of our educators and students.

    About You To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

  • Demonstrated relevant experience in the provision of high quality administrative and support services within a demanding, client focused environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, collaborate with multiple networks and channels across the university to ensure streamline access to information and resources.
  • Demonstrated ability to be flexible and responsive to client needs while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated high level organisational and time management skills including the ability to plan, prioritise multiple tasks, work under pressure and display attention to detail while following tasks through to completion.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to investigate and apply policies and procedures to make informed decisions.

    Qualifications Completion of a Certificate IV Business without subsequent relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
