An opportunity has arisen for a full-time Teaching Coordinator within the Department of English Literature and Creative Writing.

The Teaching Coordinator will be a vital part of the department's Teaching Office team, working with the other coordinators to provide an excellent level of programme and wellbeing support to our students at undergraduate and postgraduate level, and high-quality administrative support to our academic staff members.

As the first point of contact for students and colleagues, you will have a commitment to great customer service and strong communication skills. In addition, an understanding of administrative systems and processes, ability to manage your time and clear attention to detail are all crucial to the role. You will also be able work effectively as part of a team and on your own initiative.

The Department of English Literature and Creative Writing is a welcoming and friendly place which seeks to provide a great student experience and a supportive work environment for our colleagues. We work collaboratively and flexibly, and members of the Teaching Office team work on a hybrid model with one or two days per week spent working from home if requested.
