The Faculty of Modern and Medieval Languages and Linguistics at the University of Cambridge is seeking to appoint a Teaching Associate in Russian Studies for the 2024-25 academic year. The post is fixed-term for 12 months, to provide temporary cover, with a start date of 1 September 2024. The Faculty commits to providing career development support and mentoring for the successful candidate.
The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the teaching and examining of undergraduate courses in Russian language, literature and culture, to play an active role in the development of the undergraduate and graduate curriculum; and to contribute to the administration of the Section's activities. Experience of teaching Russian literature and culture will be considered essential; experience of teaching Russian language and nineteenth- century Russian literature and culture will be considered highly desirable.
