Description
Department of Psychology Teaching Assistant (Ref. 2400027B) Closing Date: Until the post(s) is / are filled.
Applicants should have (i) a Master's degree or above in psychology; (ii) demonstrated ability or experience to support the teaching of undergraduate-level courses in areas such as developmental psychology, social psychology, health psychology, biological psychology, personality psychology, etc.; and (iii) proficiency in statistical analysis like using SPSS to provide support on student projects.
Duties include assisting in (a) coordinating academic activities; (b) facilitating student discussions; (c) reviewing coursework; and (d) other administrative duties.
The appointment will be initially made on a contract basis for a period of one to two years, starting as soon as possible. The contract is renewable, subject to mutual agreement. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview.
