The applicants should:
(a) Possess proper university degree in majors relevant to Marketing, such as Business, Psychology, Economics, and Statistics. Other majors will be considered as well;
(b) Have good people skill and excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, as well as spoken Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin);
(c) Have proactive work attitude, a strong sense of responsibility, great attention to detail, and genuine motivation to learn;
(d) Have the ability to assist in tutorials, laboratory/ practical classes, compilation of course materials, and other academic activities under guidance; and
(e) Be proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Skills in programming and using statistical software (such as SPSS, R or Python) and survey software (such as Qualtrics) will be advantages. Relevant office experience, including internship experience, will also be a bonus.
