  • About the Role Join us at the University of Melbourne as the Senior Talent Partner for Professional Recruitment! Lead talent mapping, candidate screening, and interview coordination while supporting team development and process improvement.     Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with university leaders to understand recruitment needs, future pipeline requirements and current market trends.
  • Implementing diverse recruitment strategies, such as leveraging platforms like LinkedIn and industry-specific databases to proactively source and talent map.
  • Establishing and sustaining a talent pipeline to address future demands and promote workforce development

    The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in proactive recruitment and talent mapping, preferably within the education sector.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Expertise in creating innovative sourcing strategies to attract high- calibre candidates.

    This role requires that the successful candidate must undergo and maintain an up-to-date Working with Children Check. This is essential to guarantee a secure environment for all individuals at the University.
