We are undertaking an exciting and substantial programme of system and business process redesign to significantly enhance our student and staff experience. To support these developments, we are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and talented individual to join our Student Records & Systems team.

With relevant experience and excellent coding skills, you will be customer- orientated, pragmatic and solutions-focused, committed to delivering enhancements to our SITS in the Cloud student management system in both the client and eVision. You will be actively involved with our academic and student stakeholders, helping to support system and process rollouts, whilst also working to find innovative solutions which support continuous improvement, remove barriers and positively challenge accepted norms.

You will be confident in defining and working accurately with large sets of complex data, feel comfortable providing technical support and advice to colleagues and be able to support the creation and development of written guidance and procedural documentation.

In addition to your skills as a developer, the post requires a high level of attention to detail with strong organisational, liaison and communication skills. Based at either our Farnham, Epsom or Canterbury Campus, but working flexibily between home and office, you will be working within a small but dedicated and supportive team. We value honesty, integrity and a good dose of realism alongside a sense of fun and a willingness to get stuck in. There will be some travel to other campuses.

For an informal conversation regarding the role please contact Chris Allison, Head of Student Records & Systems, at [email protected].
