  • About This Opportunity

    Looking for an agile and adaptable project officer, with strong coordination and time management skills combined with excellent communication, attention to detail and the ability to deliver outcomes in a high-pressure, time-critical environment.

    Key responsibilities will include:

  • System Administration and Technical Support: Manage user access and provide technical assistance by diagnosing and addressing problems and faults.

  • System Improvement and Configuration: Identify issues, propose solutions, and implement simple system configurations using best practices.

  • Stakeholder Interaction and Documentation: Review requirements, assess business processes, and develop online forms and workflows. Additionally, contribute to system-related documentation such as specifications and technical reports.

  • Project Involvement and Change Management: Participate in technical project tasks, including user acceptance testing, and support change management efforts.

  • Hold a degree or equivalent with relevant experience, showcasing a blend of education and practical knowledge.

  • Demonstrated commitment to customer-focused service delivery, ensuring consistent and reliable support, with effective communication and collaboration abilities, fostering teamwork among colleagues and stakeholders to achieve objectives.

  • Display proficiency in relevant technologies such as StudentHub (CareerHub) and CRM systems, with the capability to adapt to and support the implementation of new technologies.

  • Possess sound analytical and problem-solving capabilities, able to conceptualize, describe, and implement initiatives and solutions effectively.

  • Demonstrated experience in technical project tasks including user acceptance testing and contributing to change management activities.

  • You must have unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this appointment and may be required to complete background checks including, criminal history and education checks.
