    About the Role

    As the Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the main University Finance system, Finance One (F1), including user, chart and ledger maintenance; processing regular external interface transactions; running critical system routines (for example, End- of-Month & End-of-Year); troubleshooting and providing assistance to system users. Working as part of the Financial Systems Team, this position also instigates and supports process improvement initiatives.

    The Finance Unit is the central business unit which provides financial services to the University and is part of the Resources Portfolio led by the Chief Operating Officer. The Finance Unit is committed to implementing effective financial and commercial practices to support the University's needs.   • Demonstrated knowledge, skills and experience in finance and/or systems related role
