The key orienting principles for the UEL Professional Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (DClinPsy) are:
UEL has received funding from NHS-England to embed formal systemic training (Foundation and Intermediate level qualifications) within the DClinPsy course at UEL. All trainees will complete the Foundation level training in year 1 of the Doctorate; a subset of trainees will complete the Intermediate level training across years 2 and 3 of the Doctorate. We have submitted an application to the Association for Family Therapy and Systemic Practice (AFT) for accreditation of both Foundation and Intermediate level embedded qualifications.
About the Job
The Systemic Pathway Lead post-holder will join the UEL DClinPsy course team, and will be responsible for:
Working closely with the rest of the course team, as well as with external contributors, to ensure that the UEL DClinPsy training programme continues to offer excellent core systemic teaching and practice opportunities, as well as upholding the specific standards required to secure and sustain AFT accreditation.
