Your outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills will enable you to confidently liaise with all relevant stakeholders. Additionally, your working knowledge and/or ability to quickly navigate and learn digital teaching delivery platforms such as Blackboard or similar, meet critical dates and deadlines, and manage often competing priorities will enable you to hit the ground running. Experience working within the Higher Education sector is desirable but not required.

Additionally, you will have:

  • Demonstrated ability to provide guidance to others on procedural matters and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills, especially the ability to deal with a wide variety of people with cross cultural sensitivity, providing a client focussed service.
  • Demonstrated well developed written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate information clearly and professionally.
  • Demonstrated ability to organise work activities according to priorities and to multi-task to ensure deadlines are effectively met.
  • Demonstrated ability to show initiative and the ability to solve problems arising from non- standard issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated computer literacy with skills in a wide range of applications including word processing and/or spreadsheet packages and email.
  • As this is a continuing role, you will require permanent work rights in Australia to be considered.
