Position Summary The Student Worker in the Office of Candidate Services provides administrative and operational support to assist the director and other related office activities. Responsibilities may include maintaining records, preparing materials, responding to inquiries, organizing information, and supporting day-to-day office operations. The position requires professionalism, attention to detail, confidentiality technology proficiency, and effective communication while providing courteous service to students, faculty, staff, and other office visitors
Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the Office of Candidate Services.
  • Assist with maintaining accurate records, files, databases, and candidate information.
  • Prepare, organize, and distribute documents, forms, correspondence, and other materials.
  • Respond to routine inquiries and provide courteous assistance to candidates, staff, and visitors.
  • Perform office-related tasks and assignments both in office and across the campus
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
