Job Duties Provides assistance and support related to customer inquiries such as department contact information, schedule and location of events, computer systems, software, audio-visual, wireless and instructional technologies. This position responds to a variety of inquiries requiring troubleshooting to determine appropriate solutions. Required experience Some experience working with computers and working with the public is preferred. Required educational background Must be enrolled in at least one credit hour at Butler Community College.
